Example with numbers

The sheet: 18+, yes; genre is a game, yes; N = 50 per month, yes; bookmaker limits total 50, yes; stop time, no. Action: set a stop time and do not open in-play betting today. You pass an hour later, once the stop time is switched on. "I remember the lessons" is not a pass. Memory is not your account settings.

Common mistakes

• Filling in the sheet after a loss, "when I have time".
• Green in words, but the limit of 0 is not set at the bookmaker.
• Pressing "Play" when the sheet is red.
• Thinking that finishing the course means immunity.
