Where to find help

Where to find help: help

Help is not a forum thread on "how to withdraw without KYC". The picture shows help. The path is: the bookmaker's tools; the official website of the regulator in your country; licensed services that help with gambling addiction; someone close to you; a doctor, if anxiety and sleep have already broken down. The school does not publish random phone numbers, because they go out of date and are sometimes fake. The school publishes a principle: official sources are better than anonymous advice to keep betting.

"Where to find help" in plain words

Each locale has its own regulator: in Spain, the DGOJ and its related responsible gambling tools; in other countries, their own commissions and registers. A bookmaker is required to have a Responsible gambling page. If a brand is not part of the legal framework, nobody will "help" you, and you will have nowhere to complain. Bonulist keeps licensed brands for each locale in its rankings not as a moral stance, but as an address where responsibility lies.

How it works

On a calm morning, open: (1) the bookmaker's responsible gambling section, (2) the regulator's website, (3) a search for official gambling addiction support in your country. Write two links in your diary before any crisis. In a crisis, the brain looks for a way around, not for help. Do not ask a brand's chat to "raise my limit faster". Ask for a pause.

  1. Put the bookmaker's and the regulator's links in your diary now.
  2. No anonymous schemes.
  3. A real person in your life, not just a PDF.
  4. If there is fear and debt, get official help, not a new brand.

Example with numbers

At night, the thought of getting around self-exclusion. A chat suggests "a new brand with no KYC". That causes harm. In the morning: the bookmaker's page, the register, and a note to yourself with the decision to pause. The difference is not in the odds. It is in whose advice you listen to when things are bad.

Common mistakes

  • A phone number from a 2019 forum.
  • Looking for a workaround instead of help.
  • Letting shame stop you from opening the regulator's site.
  • Asking customer support to speed up removing a limit while on tilt.

What to write in your diary

Two official links and the date you wrote them down. Do not wait for a crisis.

self-exclusion, KYC. Next: warning signs.
